Music to run by

When it comes to running races, music is very key to success, along with the other stuff like strength, stamina, the not so important stuff (eyeroll). Music keeps the heart pumping and the legs moving, even when you just want to say dude, lets go for a beer, forget this.

So here are some tracks I think are vital to performance. You may disagree, but I dig them:


Don’t laugh… you know you or your older sister dressed up like Madonna back in the day. Admit it! 😉

Update: I ran the 5K last night. And one thing is for sure… little to no advanced training beforehand really tells. I’m a lot slower than I was last November when I was doing regular training. September is a good month for training again, away from the 100 degree heat of the summer.
