If you only have 30 minutes and want an effective Core workout, this is the DVD for you. It’s split up into three 10 minute segments targeting specific body parts. Part 1 is for the lower body, part 2 is upper (need some handweights), and part 3 is abdominals and back. You can do one, two or all three segments. I dig it πŸ™‚
