This workout works the lower body with very little equipment: A resistance band, set of hand weights, and a mat. Very easy to follow along with Chalene’s usual fun method of instruction. And clocking in under 30 minutes, you can get it done in record time 🙂 I find it a great addition to a regular workout regimen.
