You want an interesting ab workout? Here you go:

Admittedly, we did not go so far as to use the medicine ball/punches at the end, but just standing up is crazy hard. It is geared more towards an MMA style of workout routine with the addition of the punches, but anyone can benefit from it, not just MMA fighters.

Then there is Turbo Fire Abs 10. No matter how often I do it, it burns baby, burns!

Try this exercise (~4:36 mark):

Try doing 5, then 10. Heck, you can include the above into a Tabata routine if you wanted.
